Tracking Patient OutcomesWe've designed outcome measurements specific to opiate use disorders
Defining the Future in Prevention
Working to improve prevention initiatives nationally
Healthcare has increasingly moved to a value-based system with greater focus on successful patient outcomes. We believe in tracking treatment outcomes to demonstrate success and improve national adoption of our opioid use prevention model. Jade has designed outcome measurements to assess changes in symptomology, functionality, and disease-specific tracks specific to Opiate Use Disorders.
TOGETHER WE CAN BE PART OF THE SOLUTION
Jade seeks to further explore the variables that influence opiate misuse and abuse as well as the effectiveness of evidenced-based modalities specific to substance abuse and mental health. Through comprehensive longitudinal data collection, Jade will aid in illustrating the prevalence rates of behaviors specific to those who are at high risk for developing OUD and/or meets criteria for an OUD’s.
Jade has designed outcome measurements to assess changes in symptomology, functionality, and disease-specific tracks specific to Opiate Use Disorders. Areas of assessment include prevalence of substance use, access to healthcare, mental health, medication adherence, and work/academic success.
Our outcome tracking assessments include: BASIS-24, Drug Adherence Inventory (DAI), & WHODAS.
We provide our partnering physicians with access to our outcome measurements (subject to all HIPAA regulations) to substantiate their own pain management program.
Be Part of the Solution.
We are looking to collaborate with institutions who share this same vision for research and intervention through partnerships and coalitions.
